Counselling & Psychotherapy for Emotional Health and Well-Being

CE Counselling & Psychotherapy provides a compassionate and safe space for individuals, couples, relationships, and group therapy. 

Sessions are available in person or on a secure confidential website via video platform, phone calls, or text messages. Therapy sessions for children and youth are also available in schools.

Clients are welcomed to book their appointments online for a single session, short-term, and long term-therapy.

Clients are also eligible to receive a free 15 minute consultation.

Chantal Mann

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers with a Masters degree in Social Work. I welcome new and returning clients to engage in person or in phone, text, or video sessions. I live in Timmins, Ontario and I am offering services to individuals, couples, and groups across Ontario. 

I work from a client-centered lens and an anti-oppressive approach with diverse clients by providing support for various reasons such as anxiety, depression, anger, career guidance, parenting, stress, chronic pain, self-esteem, communication, conflict resolution, relationships, men's issues, LGBTQ2S+. 

My lived experiences as a queer identified individual whose experienced trauma and anxiety, as well as my education and training are utilized in my approach to empower clients to build on their strengths and aide them through their healing journey.

Individual therapy is offered for mental health support in the form of Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Arts-Based Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Affirmative Therapy.

Group therapy sessions consists of five weeks of group counselling.  Group sessions include Arts-Based Mindfulness, LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy, and Relationship Therapy Enhancing Your Relationship.

Relationship therapy is offered for people in various relationships such as LGBTQ2S+, monogamous and polyamorous relationships. Couples and relationship therapy provides supports  for various concerns such as improving communication, conflict management, relationship breakdown, infidelity, building trust, enhancing emotional connection and improving levels of intimacy.
