Couples therapy can help uncover core issues causing the conflicts in your relationship. We can learn to identify triggers, work through past and current conflicts, understand your attachment style, and reconnect emotional and physical intimacy. In relationship therapy we can rebuild relationships with attachment injuries such as trauma, betrayals, and infidelity and learn to support each other through the emotional turmoil by making repairs and taking steps towards conflict resolution. Together we can work through conflicts occurring in your relationship to help you both feel more supported and connected. Communication, trust, and honesty can be built in your relationship to improve your connection with your significant other.
My therapeutic approach is to work with you collaboratively utilizing queer informed, trauma informed and LGBTQ2s+ affirming practices. I welcome individuals and couples from various backgrounds and identities including polyamory. My goal is to strengthen your relationship by providing you a space where you can grow together as a couple by deepening your bond and healing attachment injuries.
